My name is Hosea Hameed, and I am the proud Owner and CEO of Soda City Pools and Spas. My passion is pools, and I want to share that same enthusiasm with our wonderful community that is Soda City.
The summer after I graduated high school I was stuck. The athletic career that I dedicated my life to for years was coming to an end and I was at a crossroads in life. That summer, I decided to take a full-time job as a pool cleaner. On my very first day, I fell in love with the job. With the combination of problem solving and the great outdoors, I soon found my passion for pools. From the beginning, I knew this was something I wanted to do for the rest of my life.
Within the first few years, I found myself quickly exceling in this career as I made my way from pool cleaner to maintenance manager. When I became a manager, I found the biggest issue in the pool industry: when a company grows and becomes established, they no longer produce outstanding service to each individual Client. Around the same time I became a maintenance manager, my beautiful daughter was brought into this world and she inspired me to want more for my family. The motivation to be a better Father, and solve this pool industry crisis, is why I decided to open Soda City Pools and Spas.
How can a company grow and ensure high quality service for all Clients? The answer to me was simple: invest in the proper training and development of each employee on every team. We have taken the time to ensure all our employees have been thoroughly trained and prepared. We start every employee off by building a solid foundation of knowledge through passing along our combined decades of pool experience. Soda City Pools and Spas invests more time, effort, and education in our employees as a company to ensure quality work for all our current and future Clients.
My wish for Soda City Pools and Spas is that every Client of ours will never have to worry about their pool again. That when we are taking care of your pool, it is in the best possible hands. We are a family owned, honest, and trustworthy business, and we will continue to always strive to provide the best quality service to every Client.
